Puppy Start Right Preschool

(8-13 wk olds) 5 weeks + Certificate

Is there a new family member in town!?  The first several months of a puppy’s life are the most ideal time to socialize him and will help him grow into a perfect family member! We’ll show you how to build a wonderful, benevolent relationship with your puppy while tackling all of those common puppy behaviors that we really don’t want to keep seeing - annoying puppy nipping, chewing inappropriate things, potty issues, digging and jumping.  All the while, we will be teaching him a wonderful beginning foundation of focus, attention and calmness through a variety of fun training exercises that will prepare you for our Pawsitive Puppy Kindergarten so you can grow to be a great team together! Puppy playtime is included!

Includes video orientation option and training series to allow you to enroll anytime! ($15)  Puppies must start before 13 weeks of age.   Proof of first set of shots required. We prefer to give clients and pups as much attention as possible so we keep our classes to 5 pups max.

Not sure when to start because your puppy has only had one set of shots?  According to the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior: “The Primary And most important time for puppy socialization is the first three months of life. During this time puppies should be exposed to as many new people, animals, stimuli and environments as can be achieved safely and without causing overstimulation manifested as excessive fear, withdrawal or avoidance behavior. For this reason, the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior believes that it should be the standard of care for puppies to receive such socialization before they are fully vaccinated.”
